Events director
As the Events Director of Neurotech Leuven, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a diverse range of events that align with our organization's mission and objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your creativity, leadership, and organizational skills while contributing to the growth and success of our vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate a variety of events, including workshops, seminars, hackathons, networking sessions, and social gatherings. Collaborate with team members to develop event concepts, themes, and agendas that cater to the interests and needs of our members. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, catering, equipment rental, and scheduling. Promote events through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and posters, to maximize attendance and engagement. Coordinate with external partners, guest speakers, and sponsors to secure their participation and support for events. Evaluate event success and gather feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement and future event ideas.
