You in your role:
• You will be part of a motivated team, where all members have a strong coaching attitude
• You work on multiple projects where you grow and demonstrate your knowledge of project methods and tools
• You provide substantive support in all areas of the projects, assisted closely by your professional colleagues
• You will be part of strong team where knowledge sharing, building expertise and giving feedback is crucial
• You make sure that your projects are efficiently managed, taking into account the deadlines of the different stakeholders
• You will architect, size, and configure solutions tailored to the customer’s situation using all services and modern up-to-date tools
• You will participate in the Profession community and report directly to your team lead, who is able to answer all your questions and will assist you closely
• You work together with employees of the Customer and Account team where necessary and are able to maintain customer relationships in an interpersonal way
• You will be followed up by at least one senior member of the team and after two years in the program you can grow into a true senior project manager or take the next step to one of the other many divisions

Who are you?
You preferably have a master’s degree
A first experience of max 1 year in a similar role is a plus, but not a must
You have a broad interest int technology
You are a quick learner and eager to know everything about project management methods and tools, project support, financial management, client relations, etc.
You are collaborative, solution focused and act with a sense of urgency
You have good written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong plus
You’re a positive and energetic multi-channel communicator (verbal and in writing)
You love building relationships at all levels and having solution focused discussions
You embrace new ideas and fresh thinking and seek out ideas different than your own
You are able to seek out what’s next, trying to always be a few steps ahead and achieve your goals
