Wanted Profile
⛑️ About the role
Data is at the forefront of our product development, working from inception to execution in the hospital. Data engineers work hands-on with product leads, researchers, engineers, and implementation specialists, to ensure we create meaningful and human experiences that improve the lives of healthcare workers and patients. As a data engineer, you will:
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on how to address client problems,
- brainstorm, experiment and scope new models and approaches,
- implement statistical algorithms and machine learning models,
- test, evaluate and optimize data models,
- data processing and analysis,
- evaluate new tools, methods and partners to strengthen our product offering,
- monitor the quality of our products through continuous review and testing,
- develop and evangelize data understanding across our organization and for our clients, improving collaboration and processes.
✅ Qualifications
Ideally, you’ll bring 5-8 years of experience in a field related to data engineering and machine learning, knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry, or with healthcare data, a strong background and opinions on software design principles, good knowledge of Python and Azure, experience with analytics, prediction and statistics strong communication skills and can translate complex solutions into clear and understandable explanations, very good knowledge of English. Dutch is a plus.
